RETURN,  REFUND and SHIPPING POLICY

REFUNDS

Items in our PopArtPups! Collection are custom made on demand and therefore not refund eligible. 

Items in the Bulldog Butler Collection are sold via Amazon and would be subject to the return policies of Amazon and its merchants. Bullobster is not able to control products, we simply list these as items we are aware of and recommend.

EXCEPTIONS

-For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange.

-Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

-All Limited Edition products are non-refundable.

-All custom products are non-exchangeable but can be refunded.

SHIPPING

All items sold directly by Bullobster have shipping included in the price. You will not be charged for shipping on any items purchased directly from us.

Shipping times vary by manufacturer and run between 3-14 days after a product is ordered.

Items in The Bulldog Butler Collection are sold via Amazon and its merchants. These items are subject to individual shipping per item per Amazon's store policies. Bullobster does not sell this category of items directly. We only recommend products we have used or have gotten strong feedback on.
